Cancellations & Returns


  • Kindly return the unused items with the price tags / name tags intact within 48 hours from the date of purchase. The returns are not applicable for made to measure garments or custom made/embroidered products but are accepted for ready to wear products. 
  • Studio JSH would only accept the products that are in good condition. Torn garments would not be accepted. Studio JSH would not accept products that have been altered by the consumer in any manner.
  • The returns can be done by logging into Studio JSH Account. Reverse pickup would be done by the company wherever it is possible. However, in case of extreme circumstances, the customer would be asked to send the product with a reliable courier in case the reverse pick up facility is not available in their location. The customer would be reimbursed in the form of JSH credits towards the shipping cost for a maxiumum amount of Rs. 200.
  • In case of returns, the company can refund the entire money or issue Studio JSH credits, as per the customer’s choice. The process of refund/ Studio JSH credits will be done after the company receives the product at the warehouse. 
  • For debit card/ credit card and net banking payments, it would take upto 3-5 working days for the refund amount to reflect in the customer’s account, depending upon the bank. Studio JSH credits would be issued within 3 working days and can be used to make purchases from
  • The orders that are placed with Studio JSH credits, the refund amount would be transferred to the Studio JSH credits account.
  • would not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer against returns arising from incorrect input done by the customer. It is the complete responsibility of the consumer to provide accurate information.
  • Kindly pack and seal the products carefully. Write the address: Warehouse address. Also, mention the return ID on the package.
  • Kindly note without unpacking video any claim in terms of loss of package/partial delivery /defect in garment will not be entertained.

Cancellation and replacement

  • Replacement can only be done if the product is available in the stock. Once the replacement request has been confirmed, our team would start the replacement process. An email/sms would be sent for the same.
